7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, courier services and destination.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Thread Master is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control.
Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt and report any shortages or damages within 48 hours.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
Products may only be returned if incorrect items were supplied, products are defective, goods are damaged during transport, or the product qualifies for return under South African consumer legislation.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Custom ordered or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds will only be processed after returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Improper installation, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear are not covered.
